Square tea/gift can and other cans automatic line operating process
First place the metal tin materials on the automatic duplex disc cutting machine,and the machine can be used to shear tinplate for the suitable length,width for the tinsheet.
And then place the cut can body materials into the automatic square can body combination machine,and the machine can be used for making big square and round tin cans,and other shaped cans,which is a combination forming machine that used for pre-curlign,corner cutting,folding,locking for sheared can body.Then it will be fed to automatic flanging machine to make top flanging and bottom flanging.The top flanging:the can will be sent to the top flanging mold lying on the upper part of the machine by lifting tray to make it. The bottom flanging:the lower cylinder will press the can body to the position of bottom flanging mold to make it. Both the top and bottom can body flanging are each driven by four cylinders.The next process is automatic lid detecting and feeding and seaming.After the above procedures,the can will be reversed up and down by reversing device and then make top seaming,this process is the same as the bottom seaming process.
Advantates and disadvantages of the full-automatic production line of square tea/gift can and other cans
Advantages:the whole production line only 3-4 workers are needed to complete the operation of the entire production line.The whole production line has fast production speed,high production efficiency,automatic fault detection system and low rejection rate.
Disavantages:compared to semi-automatic square tea/gift can and other cans production line,the initial investment capital is larger. For the start-up enterprises, it is recommended to use semi-automatic productionine with less capital in.
